Single Piece Firewall Protection
For buyers and users of up armoured vehicles blast threat is a very serious concern. During our design process we strove to build a vehicle that will withstand high levels of IED’s and mine attacks, one of the concepts we have incorporated into our design is the One Piece Firewall.
The firewall is positioned in an area that usually required as many as 20 pieces of steel to be joined together to provide protection. In the event of a blast there is a high risk that the 20-piece Firewall will fragment potentially causing injury and even fatality to the passengers of the vehicle.

Single-piece firewall offers a much more protection and solid armouring solution and provides no such weaknesses when compared to a welded firewall structure.
No welding, offering a stronger firewall protection.
Hot formed single piece firewall offers a perfect fit for the vehicle every time with no weaknesses.
A Lighter armouring solution, with no requirement for overlapped plates at the welded seams.
It is deformed with hot forming ballistic steels; quenched and tempered plates, ensuring the original plate properties are restored in the shaped product.
