The Mahindra Armoured Toyota Hilux, known as ‘the unbreakable workhorse’ is a durable armoured pickup truck which provides exceptional comfort along with the reliability you would expect from a Toyota pickup. Giving you excellent performance and exceeding all tough standards in car safety, and now made even more safe and durable with our premium B6 armouring technology, providing you with the very best in durability and armouring from your pickup truck.
Armoured Toyota Hilux’s all side passenger compartment (roof and verticals) provides ballistic protection up to CEN Level B6. The ballistic steel interior frame provides overlap and backup protection for the doors and windows from direct and angled shots.
The Armoured Hilux armour plates are stitch-welded using high-intensity MIG welders to ensure maximum strength. The Door pillars are reinforced to accommodate the additional weight of the armoured door, and heavy-duty door hinges are fitted to provide durability and stability. Heavy-duty suspension system including brakes, suspension and tyres are reinforced to cop up the armouring weight of the vehicle.
The Armoured Toyota Hilux pickup is available in both LHD and RHD and with customizable rear cargo area for various operational profiles dependent on client requirements
