MEVA determines the processes needed for achieving the Scope of the Management System. These processes include management, resources, operations, measurement, analysis and improvement by determining the required process inputs and outputs and performance indicators along with process interaction and interfaces on which processes depend or enable. This also includes determining responsibilities and authorities for processes and identifying risks and opportunities for processes and plan to address these Risks. These Processes are also periodically evaluated, continually improved and maintained as documented information.
