Our armoured personnel carriers protect crews who work where the threat is: police units on urban patrol, border teams covering long distances, and defence units that need a protected platform they can fit out to the task.

Choosing between the eight

The range splits by size and by chassis. Compact carriers work streets a larger vehicle cannot use. Double-cab carriers move a full team with its equipment. The largest carries a crew of twelve.

MEVA Marksman — compact, Mahindra monocoque chassis, for city patrol and quick response.
MEVA Valor — single cab, Land Cruiser 79, seats eight, for narrow routes.
MEVA Valor Plus — double cab, Land Cruiser 79, seats eleven, for border and paramilitary units.
MEVA Maximus — double cab, Land Cruiser 79, in Light Armoured and Light Tactical versions.
MEVA Maqaba — Land Cruiser 79, for command, surveillance and communications work.
MEVA Lynx — Land Cruiser 79 with a 3.4-litre petrol V6 producing 415 hp.
MEVA Straton — monocoque light carrier, converted inside to each unit's role.
MEVA Straton Plus — Ford F-550 chassis, crews of twelve, V-shaped hull.

Protection levels

Carriers are built to CEN Level B6 or B7, the European standard for ballistic resistance in vehicle armour and glass, and to NATO STANAG Level I or II. Higher levels are available to order. The level fixes the glass, the steel and the weight the chassis has to carry, so it is the first decision, not the last.

Fitting out the interior

Rear seating, communications, cameras and crew equipment are specified per order. Common choices include a roof hatch with turret and gun ports, run-flat tyres rated to Finabel standard for 50 km, engine, battery and fuel tank protection, blast-attenuating seats and a secondary electrical distribution system.

Where they are built

Carriers are built at our plants in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, and in Aqaba, Jordan, and shipped to buyers across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Export documentation and end-user certification are handled with your clearing agent.

Armoured personnel carriers: questions buyers ask

What is the difference between CEN B6 and B7?

Both are European ballistic resistance standards. B7 stops a heavier threat than B6 and adds weight, which is why it changes the chassis and suspension specification.

How many people does an armoured personnel carrier seat?

From eight in the single-cab Valor to twelve in the Straton Plus. Rear seating is configured per order.

Which chassis are the carriers built on?

Toyota Land Cruiser 79, Ford F-550, and Mahindra monocoque platforms, depending on the model.

Can a carrier be fitted with a turret or gun ports?

Yes. A roof hatch with turret and gun ports is among the standard options across the range.

How much does an armoured personnel carrier cost?

Price depends on the model, the protection level and the fit-out. Send us your requirement for a quotation.
