About
MEVA VALOR
The MEVA Valor is a single-cab, pickup-type armoured personnel carrier built on the Toyota Land Cruiser 79 chassis. It seats 8 (2 + 6), so a section travels together inside the armour.
The single cab keeps the vehicle shorter than our double-cab carriers, which decides whether a patrol can follow a route through narrow streets and tight turns, and keeps the weight down for the same protection.

Armouring Levels
The Valor is listed at CEN Level B6, the European ballistic resistance standard for vehicle armour and glass, and at NATO STANAG Level I. Protection up to STANAG II is available as an option, so a unit can raise the rating without changing vehicle, and further levels can be discussed against a specific requirement.

Armouring options
The Valor comes with a fire extinguisher, protected fuel tank and roof hatch with 360-degree turret as standard. Communications, camera, crew-protection and power options are specified on top of that list, so the fit-out follows the unit's role.
Features
A protective shell closes the crew compartment, with transparent armour and layered ballistic glass keeping the view out. The weight of armoured doors is carried on hinges built for it, so the doors still open and shut cleanly after years of use, and the engine unit and fuel tank are shielded so the vehicle keeps moving after a hit.
Reinforced Door Hinges
MEVA produces reinforced door hinges as necessary to compensate for the increase of the weight load of the armoured Toyota Land Cruiser. The doors are bolted directly by using heavy duty hinges onto Ballistic Steel not the OEM vehicle.
Stealth Mode
The Stealth Mode (Black Out System) allows to operate with minimal visibility, disabling exterior lights and reducing electronic signatures to enhance covert operations and avoid detection
Roof Hatch & 360° Turret
Superior tactical versatility, allowing for all-around observation, firing capabilities, and rapid entry or exit from the vehicle, enhancing overall operational effectiveness

Multi-Layered Ballistic Glass
Withstands ballistic and blast impacts, ensuring maximum protection for occupants. This advanced glass construction maintains transparent armour while providing robust defense against bullets and shrapnel.
Heavy-duty brakes, suspension and tyres carry the armour, and a run-flat system keeps the Valor moving after tyre damage. Engine airflow is managed for hot climates, a heavy-duty winch covers recovery, and the lighting is configured for signalling and night work as well as driving.
