Due to the heavy load of bulletproof glass in the doors of an armoured Toyota Land Cruiser, high loading capacity actuators are upgraded to operate the lifting mechanism of electric power windows.
These actuators are designed smartly, enhanced by latest manufacturing technology to hold a maximum load capacity of 7000N with low noise. The outer tube is a seamless steel pipe where the inner tube is stainless steel pipe. The actuator is waterproof to IP65 and is inbuild with a limit switch. This comes with AC or DC motor with thermal overload protection and provide consistent and repeatable performance.

Actuators used in our Armoured Toyota Land Cruiser are maintenance free and designed for use under rigorous operating conditions with operation temperature: -26℃~+65℃. Well under tension or compression loads, these actuators are operated equally well and even without power, an actuator can hold load indefinitely.
